Graduate Student (M.S.) Alumni, Teaching Assistant (cs225)

About Me

I was a graduate student in Computer Science at the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign from 2004 to 2006. I worked within the Social Spaces Group, under the guidance of Professor Karrie Karahalios. I investigated and prototyped systems that encourage and mediate communication in social spaces, both virtual and physical. I am particularly interested in the visualization of social data as an intuitive interface for communication. I am currently working for VMware as a User Interface Engineer
